College Bursary Giveaway
St Anthony’s & Claddagh Credit Union launched an innovative scheme to help secondary school students going to college. The €1500 college bursary is open to any student of the eight second level schools within the common bond of St Anthony’s & Claddagh Credit Union. The common bond includes the geographical area stretching from Galway City to Maam Cross and covers Furbo and Barna. The €12,000 bursary will be divided between, St Pauls, Oughterard, St, Mary’s College, St Enda’s, Dominican College Taylors Hill, Salerno, St Joseph’s (The Bish) and Colaiste Iognáid and The Presentation Secondary School. St Anthony’s & Claddagh Credit Union staff will be visiting schools in the coming weeks informing student of the application process.
